Product description
CR TEM-604-117 is a thermally and electrically conductive silicone adhesive primarily composed of organic silicone adhesive, blended with composite carbon-based powder featuring outstanding heat resistance, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. It is intended for applications where electrical insulation is not required.
Thanks to its unique grain orientation and lamellar plate structure, products of this series can closely conform to various contact surfaces, delivering maximum thermal conduction performance. It boasts extremely high adhesion to a wide range of metallic and non-metallic substrates.
Full curing can be achieved within 10 minutes at 150°C, and the curing time shortens as temperature rises. This product is completely non-toxic and eco-friendly, complying with RoHS environmental standards.
