The CR SWP-1060L is a one-component silicone waterproof sealant, also referred to as a high-temperature curing silicone adhesive. This series of products is compatible with the Formed-In-Place (FIP) process and can be applied by precision dispensing machines, specially developed for high-efficiency application scenarios on industrial production lines.
It delivers stable long-term performance under harsh environments including extreme cold, high temperature, high humidity, ultraviolet radiation and ozone erosion, with a wide operating temperature range.
Widely used for shell waterproof encapsulation of wireless communication devices such as repeaters, mobile phones, PDAs and MP3 players, it is particularly suitable for industrial-grade protection scenarios requiring resistance to dynamic mechanical stress and chemical corrosion.
