Product description
CR SPA-2030 is a two-component addition-cure silicone potting compound cured via addition reaction. It can be cured at room temperature or under heating; the higher the temperature, the faster the curing speed. It features low viscosity and good leveling property, and delivers favorable elasticity and elongation after curing. No by-products are generated during its production, and no heat is released in the curing reaction. It can adhere to surfaces of materials including PC, PP, ABS, PVC and metals. It is suitable for insulation, waterproofing and fixation of electronic components. It can also be used as the base material for manufacturing thermal interface materials. It fully complies with EU RoHS Directive requirements.
