Special Thermally and Electrically Conductive Silicone Adhesive for Target Bonding is a thermally and electrically conductive silicone adhesive mainly made of organic silicone adhesive, filled with powder materials featuring superior heat resistance, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. It is suitable for scenarios with no electrical insulation requirements.
With its unique grain orientation and lamellar plate structure, products of this series can closely conform to various contact surfaces to realize maximum thermal conduction efficiency. It delivers ultra-high adhesion to a variety of metallic and non-metallic substrates.
Complete curing can be realized in 10 minutes at 150°C, and the curing time shortens with the increase of temperature. This product is completely non-toxic, eco-friendly and complies with RoHS environmental directives.
